Kwabena Boateng- Founder, Co-President, African Diaspora Nation and Chair of the HBCU- Africa Homecoming Initiative talked about a diaspora initiative to create satellite campuses of Historically Black Colleges and Universities in Africa. Boateng a Ghanaian native, says Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland will launch degree programs in Ghana in the Fall of 2020.
